Fuel Automation System for Fleets & Stations
A web-based automation infrastructure compatible with your pumps and tank probes. Its local operation architecture ensures uninterrupted operations and delayed data synchronization, independent of internet connectivity.
System Infrastructure
Continuous Operation and Reliable Data Management
Fuelmatik manages all field hardware via a local control unit (e.g., Fim7L / Fimeko-plus) positioned within the station. The system transmits fueling, tank, and transaction data instantly when connected, and buffers it for delayed transmission during outages.
Hardware continues to operate via the local architecture if the network fails, syncing all local records the moment connectivity is restored.
The system integrates with your existing field hardware and tank equipment to consolidate all station flows in a single center, making them ready for reporting and analysis.
Distribution HQs
Manage multiple stations centrally with role-based access. Handle reconciliation and analysis processes at the station or regional level.
Station Operators
Transparently monitor field hardware (pump and tank) activities via the central infrastructure. Digitize shifts and automate operational workflows.
Fleet & Logistics Companies
Control your fleet's fuel procurements within predefined rules and limits. Access all fueling and consumption records from a single dashboard.
Process Flow
Authorization in Three Steps
The authorization flow from driver to pump to center operates transparently and traceably.
1 . Authorization Request
The driver initiates the flow by presenting a registered RFID card, keyfob, or TTS (vehicle tag) to the authorization unit.
2 . Rule Verification
Data from the scanned card or vehicle tag is verified against a hierarchy of prioritized central and local rules (limits, balances, plate match) for validation.
3 . Fueling & Synchronization
If boundaries are not exceeded, authorization is granted. The generated fueling record is transmitted instantly to the center for reporting and billing workflows.
Technical Advantages
Smart features that power operations
Provides instant tank alarms and sales monitoring via iOS and Android applications.
Features detailed filtering mechanisms down to the attendant and vehicle, exportable in PDF and Excel formats.
Automatically detects and reports fuel refilled into tanks instantly, without requiring any manual entry.
Easy Setup & Scalability
Rapid deployment at any scale
Economical Pricing & Scalable Architecture
Thanks to its scalable architecture, the system can be utilized by both huge enterprises and small businesses, offering highly advantageous pricing models specifically tailored for SMEs.
Fast Installation and Practical Maintenance
Hardware is quickly connected through simple plug-and-play logic; field technicians only need to wire the cables. Further configuration is seamlessly handled centrally via backoffice.
Features
Everything you need in one platform
A complete operational infrastructure from field to center, from real-time monitoring to detailed reporting.
Authorization Methods
Evaluates requests via TTS (vehicle tags), RFID cards, or keyfobs. If predefined limits are exceeded, fueling is strictly restricted.
Local Operation Architecture (Offline)
Thanks to the independent local architecture, operations continue seamlessly during network outages. When the connection is restored, buffered records are synced.
Vehicle Tracking and Consumption
Matches distance records between fills with tracking data. Alternatively, manual mileage entry can be required at the hardware level.
Shift and Price Management
Generates shift reconciliation reports during shift handovers. Centrally controlled price updates are pushed directly to station hardware.
Granular Filtering
Provides customized listing by pump, tank, personnel, and vehicle. The resulting datasets can be integrated into corporate analysis workflows.
Mobile Tracking & Notifications
Instantly notifies authorized users during critical threshold changes (e.g., low tank levels). All fueling and tank movements can be observed in real-time.
Trust
Every transaction recorded, every decision auditable
In Fuelmatik, who authorized, which vehicle filled, which attendant intervened — all trackable in filterable reports. With user roles, each person can only access data within their own scope.
Frequently Asked Questions
System Integration & Customer Inquiries
Is it compatible with our existing pumps and tank probes?
Yes. Thanks to our wide protocol support, it integrates seamlessly with most brands on the market without needing major hardware swaps, protecting your existing investments.
Does automation stop if the internet connection is lost?
Absolutely not. The Fuelmatik control unit (Fim7L) operates on a local architecture. Even if the connection drops, it authorizes locally and saves the transaction. Once the internet returns, data syncs to the cloud.
How does the system integrate with Vehicle Recognition (TTS)?
It performs secure authorization via RFID cards, smart keyfobs, or onboard vehicle tags. The moment a vehicle approaches the pump, the system verifies rules to prevent unauthorized or incorrect fueling.
Are fleet balance or limit restrictions supported?
Yes. When the allocated Volume (L) or Amount limits for a fleet customer are reached, the system automatically stops the pump. All limits can be managed instantly from the station web portal.
